Hello and welcome all newcomers and supporters! Cee and the Hoot is a growing blog that mainly recognizes the importance of understanding mental health illnesses and what life is like living with them. The goal of the blog is to help others come out about their illnesses and not be ashamed of it. I solely use the blog to help myself personally with overcoming my mental illnesses (Major Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD). I feel that opening up about my issues will help others to further understand me and what I’ve experienced throughout my life. I also hope to receive positive feedback on how to deal- as well as encouragement and motivation. Since I’ve begin the blog I’ve had such a positive outcome and have been able to help others in the process. I encourage everyone to speak up about their illnesses and understand there is absolutely nothing wrong with it! Opening up will make you feel beyond free and extremely relieved. Recognizing your problems and seeking help is the first step, after that you will be so much or basically somewhat better…I PROMISE ♥!
